Estate of Trikha (2013) 219 Cal.App.4th 791. Successfully reversed a probate court's grant of a will contest brought by Decedent's new wife and provided my clients (children from before the marriage) the right to effectuate their father's last will and testament which named them as beneficiaries of his estate. This landmark case is referenced in the Probate practice guides, the Evidence practice guides, and the Civil Procedure practice guides.
Regent Alliance Ltd v. Rabizadeh, et al. (2014) 231 Cal.App.4th 1177. Court of Appeal reversed the trial court's grant of summary judgment and limited the protection for innocent subsequent converters. This case is referenced as notable authority in the Civil Procedure practice guides.
Siry Investments L.P. v. Saeed Farkhondehpour, et al. (2015) 238 Cal.App.4th 725. Successfully defended my client's right to recover over $375,000 in interest incurred to secure a bond on a prior successful appeal.
Siry Investments L.P. v. Saeed Farkhondehpour, et al. (2022) 13 Cal.5th 333. Landmark case before the California Supreme Court that resolved conflicting case law as to the application of a criminal statute in civil matters as well as the standing of certain defendants to bring a New Trial Motion. Successfully protected my clients' right to reduce the excessive damages.

Roderick V. Bone v. City of Los Angeles, et. al. - No. 10-55475 - Ninth Circuit Court of Appeal. Successfully reversed a federal trial court's order dismissing my client's civil rights action against the City of Los Angeles.
